Welcome to Lac La Belle Lodge

The secluded resort is in a wilderness area, with paved and well-plowed roads. It has direct water access from Lake Superior via the Mendota Ship Canal. The resort is on Lac La Belle. There is a nearby boat launch, and boat and motor rentals are available. Water recreation includes swimming, fishing, and water skiing. Nearby recreation includes golfing, hiking, bicycling, hunting, snowmobiling, cross-country and down hill skiing.

Our on-site convenience store sells munchies, ice, beer, wine, pop. And basic groceries and supplies. Gas is available on the lake and on the road.

Skiing at Mt Bohemia

Lac La Belle is an approximate 1100 acre lake with a water depth of 39 feet. It has many fish and quiet places. Fish include walleye, small & large mouth bass, perch, crappie, northern pike, and muskie.
